Your Partner in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Physical limitations can affect much more than movement. Pain, dizziness, weakness, balance concerns, or difficulty recovering after surgery can interfere with work, exercise, family responsibilities, sports, and everyday independence.

Our team takes time to understand how a condition is affecting each patient’s daily life. Through individualized assessment and targeted rehabilitation, we work with patients to identify functional limitations and develop a practical plan for improving movement and physical performance.

For patients preparing for or recovering from surgery, we can also collaborate with physicians and surgeons to help support rehabilitation goals and appropriate progression throughout recovery. Prime Physical Therapy’s existing care philosophy emphasizes individualized assessment, treatment goals, personal attention, and coordination with medical professionals when appropriate.

Why Patients Choose Prime Physical Therapy

Choosing the right physical therapy clinic can make an important difference in the rehabilitation experience. Our approach is centered around several important principles:

  • Individualized Care: Every patient has different symptoms, abilities, goals, and daily demands. We create treatment plans based on the individual’s evaluation rather than relying on the same routine for everyone.
  • One-on-One, Hands-On Attention: Our team emphasizes personalized, hands-on physical therapy designed to address mobility, strength, stability, balance, and functional concerns.
  • Evidence-Based Physical Therapy: Treatment may incorporate therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, joint and soft-tissue techniques, vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling, neural mobilization, and other appropriate methods based on the patient’s needs.
  • Broad Rehabilitation Experience: Our clinic works with orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, sports, concussion, balance, gait, and surgical rehabilitation needs, allowing our team to address a wide range of functional challenges.
  • Patient Education: Rehabilitation extends beyond time spent in the clinic. We help patients better understand their condition, movement patterns, exercises, and strategies that may support continued progress between appointments.

Specialized Care for Dizziness, Vertigo, Balance, and Concussion

Dizziness and balance problems can be particularly disruptive because they may affect walking, driving, working, exercising, and performing routine activities safely.
